1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CanvasGuru (the Platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent to use the Platform. Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering for an account.

3. Creator Responsibilities

• Upload only original works or those you have explicit rights to distribute or sell.
• Ensure accuracy of titles, media types, dimensions, and pricing.
• Misrepresentation, plagiarism, or copyright violations may lead to account suspension or removal.

4. Collector Responsibilities

• Complete transactions fairly and respect creators’ intellectual property.
• Certificates and provenance records must not be falsified, resold without rights, or transferred outside official Platform channels.

5. Transactions and Payments

All payments are processed through secure, PCI compliant third party services. CanvasGuru does not store payment information directly. By purchasing or selling art, you authorize us and our partners to process the transaction securely and release payouts per our standard fee policy (10 percent commission).

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in uploaded works remain with their original creators. By listing or selling through the Platform, creators grant CanvasGuru a limited license to display and promote their work solely for operational purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or the sale of non authentic works.
• Uploading content that violates copyright, privacy, or law.
• Harassing, spamming, or harming other users.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit Platform systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

CanvasGuru provides the Platform as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error free operation, or specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CanvasGuru is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity. Users may also delete their accounts at any time, subject to any ongoing transactions or obligations.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by the laws of Nevada, United States. Both parties agree to first attempt an informal resolution before pursuing arbitration or legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

CanvasGuru may update these Terms to reflect policy or operational changes. Updated terms become effective once posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
