Common questions
Where is my certificate
Certificates live in your collection and on the order confirmation page. You can also open them from the work page and the creator profile.
How do payouts work
Payouts start as soon as the order ships and clears. Set your preferred method in Settings and Payouts in the creator dashboard.
Can I return a work
Most works allow returns within seven days of delivery in original condition. Start a return from your order tracking page.
Do you support galleries
Yes. We support multi seat teams, inventory sync, and exports. See Partners or email partners@canvasguru.co.
